Hi Bob!! Had a cruise that would drop out in coasting downhill. I checked around for voltage drops at different connections. I went to wire diagram 90 Chev and saw that the cruise and radio used the same fuse. I luckily thought of the fuse and examined. I found that the holder had made bright knife blade size marks (from the socket not being square fit) on the legs of fuse. I decided to plug the fuse in several times; I mean bunches; and try out the cruise. Sure enough it worked perfectly and for about 2 years and I had to do the same thing to the fuse; plug in and out several times. I figure there was a small enough voltage drop at the fuse to cause the cruise to drop out in changing modes of operations. The moral of my story is check those connections even fuse sockets.

Thanks a bunch for the page; love it.

Arthur
